perfectly fine hotel, courteous and amicable staff, marvellous location very close to main square. absolutely perfect, elegant rooms overlooking street. plenty of supplies in the room: climate control, tv set, and a sitting area. location near the center of valladolid, and parks.

The hotel was fairly clean and the room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The place had a quiet atmosphere. It was in an absolutely incredible location with Cenote Zaci nearby...

The hotel was a great value for the price with comfortable rooms made from local wood. The location was central and perfect for exploring the downtown area. We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in the center of Valladolid. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with great air conditioning and wifi. The location was superb, just a few minutes' walk from the main square. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, which was very convenient.

The room faced the street, so when we opened the window, it was quite noisy. However, it got quieter at night and we were still able to sleep comfortably.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely fantastic, being very close to the city center and within walking distance of everything Valladolid has to offer. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms on the ground floor were a great choice, as they were conveniently located just opposite the basic amenities and had easy access.
